Overtaxed motorists driven round the bend

WITH the introduction of the penalty points system on the over-taxed motorist and the compulsory DOE testing of vehicles over four years old, would it be possible to have the same penalty points system imposed on those who govern us for their neglect of public roads ?

We're told that roads are not being maintained because of lack of funds yet there is shortage of public money to fund inquiries into corrupt politicians and to meet the demands of an overpaid legal system.

We're already the most overtaxed motorists in the world, and now they aim to toll new roads.
