Dempsey should shed notions of ‘upperosity’

Education Minister Noel Dempsey does not appear to agree. Is it because he is from the Royal County that he appears to have notions of ‘upperosity’, preferring to adopt the royal protocol and dictate the terms of his acceptance to teacher conferences in advance?

Mr Dempsey stated at the ASTI conference last year that he was willing to take questions from the floor.
