Breach of safety
I have never heard of such irresponsible behaviour being practised or tolerated in the aviation industry. The aspect which concerns me most, and which has not been mentioned in news reports, is the lack of any apparent accountability by senior management.
How is it that a culture existed where staff would behave so recklessly? What is the standard of training for cabin crew and pilots? Who ensures that standards exist and are applied?
