Property or shares?

I READ and watched with amusement the coverage of the recent NCB report on property valuations.

It was presented by the media as if it were gospel. Does anyone in the media realise that NCB are in direct competition with estate agents for the vast amounts of investment cash sitting in banks?

I now look forward to a report from one of our top auctioneering firms predicting a double dip in the stock markets!
