Fleas that fleece us

The Government has promised that future consultants will be monitored regarding value for money, delivering reports on time, etc., by yet another set of ‘watchdog’ consultants.

This reminds me of a little poem I learned:

“Big fleas have little fleas upon their backs to bite them.

“And little fleas have lesser fleas and so ad infinitum.”
