If we mourn dead animals, what about humans?

JEAN BENNINGTON (Irish Examiner February 27) laments the fact that fox hunting is still legal in Ireland, the practice putting her off visiting the country.

If we mourn dead animals, what about humans?

Given that she is so perturbed by “these heartless people who have no empathy with other living creatures”, I wonder how she feels living in the UK where thousands of living unborn children are aborted every week.
