Recycle - don’t burn

AS an ever-increasing amount of household refuse is going into the new reycling bags, the building of an incinerator would seem premature.

A huge amount of money has also been spent promoting the ‘Race Against Waste’ strategy, and it is now beginning to work.

If the incinerator is built it will probably have to take in dangerous industrial waste in order to stay profitable.
