Proud of the party
Posters are just one element of a candidate’s campaign and, in my view, their primary benefit is to raise the profile of the candidate, and not the party.
It should also be remembered that the full cost of posters is borne by the individual, and not the party.
I am proud to be a Fianna Fáil candidate in these elections and I am delighted to give prominence in all my election literature to the party of which I am member.
There is enough negative commentary about politics these days. Instead, I would rather encourage and support anyone who seeks election to public
office irrespective of party.
