No place for walkers
The main Cork/Bantry road has no footpath at either end of this busy village. This road is used by many people who like to walk - schoolchildren, mothers with babies in buggies, cyclists and local residents.
Surely a footpath is not asking too much.
We have the distinction of being the only town or village in Co Cork without a main road footpath. How’s that for road safety?
