Shame on them

I WAS appalled to learn that my money (in the form of taxes) has been used to support the immoral and unjust war in Iraq.

The payment by the Exchequer of landing fees for US warplanes (Irish Examiner, November 15) makes a complete mockery of our supposed neutrality.

Not only has the Government permitted the planes to land here and their occupants flagrantly to violate our weapons movement laws, but it has paid their way as well.
