Why is there no room for Irish bottled water?

WHAT is going on? I was having a business meeting in the Great Southern Hotel at Cork Airport at the beginning of July and we ordered some drinks.
Why is there no room for Irish bottled water?

I ordered a sparkling mineral water expecting to get Irish water. What the waiter brought was Coca Cola River Rock. I then requested a Ballygowan or other Irish water only to be told that River Rock was the only water they now stocked.

I thought this was just a one-off incident but later in the week we were staying at Bewleys Hotel at Newlands Cross in Dublin and the same thing happened. No Irish water to be had!

I feel very strongly that hotels and restaurants welcoming foreign visitors to Ireland should offer an Irish product, which is far superior anyway. Not to mention the fact that most local people would rather drink it too.
