They’re just city rebels without a cause

HARRY MCGEE takes us on a nice trip down memory lane in his column (Irish Examiner, February 7).

But misses the obvious fact that the new kids on the block, Sinn Féin's growing city constituency, are really just James Dean wannabes, squealing their tyres and marking out their territory like tanked-up teenage boys everywhere.

Does he really believe that grown-ups should take their cue on politics from these kids, any more than they would their taste in music, cars, texting or drugs?
