A point of view not based on experience

EDWARD FOSTER (Irish Examiner letters, September 12) said that “the crusaders for ‘free choice’ say nothing about the life-long emotional, psychological, physical and spiritual consequences of the killing of human life.

Even if we can reason abortion, we can’t reason with emotions. The human voice is not heard by the human heart.”

If there was even the slightest possibility that Mr Foster was speaking from the experience of having had an abortion, his opinion would carry a great deal more weight.
