Recently the Department of Justice - obviously unaware of this - offered €30m for a 150-acre farm (about €200,000 per acre) near my home as a site for a giant prison.

I now wish to sell my back garden (it’s only about a half acre), but on this basis I expect it to fetch around €100,000.
