I WOULD assume that as PSNI chief constable, Hugh Orde is not one to make outlandish statements without having the proof to back them up.

I believe him when he says that the IRA were behind the Northern Bank robbery in Belfast.

If this proves to be the case, no political party on this island should have anything to do with Sinn Féin.
