Wrong word

‘DISAPPOINTED’ is a word you use when your football team loses, or maybe when you don’t do as well as you expected in an exam.

It is certainly not the appropriate word for a Taoiseach to use when responding to the news that a large organisation has been involved in the systematic cover-up of hundreds of serious criminal offences against children for the last 40 years.
