Perhaps the unemployed people living in corporation flats or asylum seekers and refugees could be given an opportunity, or perhaps some of the Irish people in England could be asked to return. Perhaps the greediest attempt at profiteering is by those underprivileged people who offer their farms for sale with the for sale board carrying the legend: “Suitable for golf course, subject to PP.” Come to think of it, have we the moral right to pass on an Ireland with 5,000 golf courses to future generations who will probably not have the same values?
