Forgotten roads

MACRA Na Feirme reminds the NRA, the county councils and all road planners that not everybody lives adjacent to the Ns 8, 20, 22, 25 and 71. People still live in rural Ireland and they would like secondary roads to receive the same treatment as new motorways.

There are many rural roads too narrow for modern vehicles, with too many bad bends and potholes.

Macra calls on central and local authorities to get moving.
