Grandad’s art legacy

MY grandfather, Frederick Conboy, was a landscape painter whose work was in considerable demand in the 1930s and 1940s. He also painted mirror table centre pieces of roses. He died, aged 78, in Cork city in 1949.

My Cork-based first cousin and I are considering a retrospective exhibition of grandfather’s paintings. I would like to hear from any of your readers who might have such works.
