Believe him, he knows what he knows

“I KNOW what I know.” With those simple words, our Minister for Justice has told us all we need to know, for a start.

And that is that he does not trust the cosy relationship that has sprung up (and is perhaps now beginning to spring a leak) between certain journalists and certain gardaí.

Frankly, I trust Michael McDowell (warts and all) a lot more than I trust the gardaí who, human nature being what it is, are some of the biggest gossips in the country.
