Handle with care

FINE Gael is reported to have published proposed legislation aimed at cracking down on ticket touts.

The bill would make it a criminal offence to sell tickets for major events for more than the cover price.

Will this bill also cover the ticket agencies which charge a premium for handling fees, and even have the cheek to charge further for using a credit card, even when buying online with no other method of payment or source of tickets?
