Second crucifix is available to council

AT a meeting of Cork County Council on April 25, I proposed that a crucifix be placed in the new Cork County Council chamber.

There was a beautiful oak crucifix in the old chamber and I thought it would be appropriate to have it reinstated in the new chamber.

A crucifix now in my possession was mentioned in recent reports as a skip retrieval. This has proven not to be the case.
