Rubbish the rich

INSTEAD of abolishing the democratically elected council, why don’t Dublin councillors back the Sinn Fein idea for a packaging levy on businesses to reduce rubbish and raise funds.

After all, it worked very well on plastic bags.

But, of course, that was on ordinary consumers, not rich businessmen!
