Peace marchers don’t speak for all of us

THOSE who walked against war in Dublin don’t speak for the whole country. While many are unsure about attacking Iraq, they are not staunchly against it.

I’m sure that most of the peace walkers have no idea of the suffering that Saddam has caused his own people.

It is easy to sing ‘Give Peace a Chance’ and chant ‘No to War’. What alternative do they suggest for the people who will continue to suffer at Saddam’s hands?
