Going nowhere at the embassy

MY wife and I had to cancel a trip to London this week because the visa section of the British embassy refused to post my Thai wife her passport.

We downloaded the EEA family visa requirements from their website last month and followed the instructions to the letter.

We posted all the documentation to them about two weeks ago. My wife did not get her passport back, so I rang them. They told me the visa had been issued immediately and the passport had been left there waiting for a postal order for €4.
