Success in Europe, failure at home
Our Brussels superman has failed to deliver on election promises on a whole range of issues. There has been policy failure on hospital waiting lists, affordable housing, serious crime, equality of opportunity, services for marginalised groups, local government, departmental overspending, tribunal costs and anti-corruption measures.
It’s a great pity that the Taoiseach cannot replicate his success in Europe closer to home?
