Dormant funds should be used by community

IT beggars belief that anybody should express dismay or even surprise at the metamorphosis of the dormant account money into a political slush fund.

This was inevitable once the decision was taken to centralise the money procured from those accounts.

It was to prevent this malpractice that I proposed the money should remain in its location of origin where it would be entrusted to registered community-based organisations or charities.
