Double exposure

I WELCOME the smoking ban in public houses. However, exposure to such environments was always the choice of the individual.

But I find it ludicrous that the Minister for Health supports an incinerator in Cork harbour. I would urge him to exercise the same zeal and courage in opposing the incinerator which, in my opinion, is more harmful than passive smoking and the choice of exposure by individuals and their children does not exist.
