ASBOs are proof of Government failure
The fact that these orders have been suggested at all is implicit proof that the Government has failed on the issue of public order.
There is something seriously amiss with an administration that seems to think it needs more new laws just to function from day-to-day and does not appear to be aware of powers it possesses in legislation already on the statute book.
