Green Fields of France: should you pray there?
The society assists veterans, relatives and interested parties to trace war graves and battlefield sites of the two world wars, and organise trips to take them to visit the graves, memorials and battlefields.
There are visits to France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Poland, Italy and Gallipoli.
Should any of your readers require assistance in tracing where their relatives, friends or loved ones fought, and perhaps died, then we can assist.
Most of the tours are conducted in an executive coach and are accompanied by experienced battlefield tour guides. They will have researched your particular interest as all of the tours are based on the requests of the travelling parties, thereby guaranteeing that you will visit the place that you have requested to see.
The more far-flung places on the society’s list of destinations are Singapore, Thailand for the Bridge on the River Kwai and South Africa to visit the Zulu and Boer War areas.
