Culture on environment must change

Last Monday, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), representing nearly 200 governments, warned of the dire consequences of our refusal to do more to limit climate change, a man-made catastrophe.

Within hours, our Government published a budget shorn of an expected, 10% increase in carbon taxes, one Taoiseach Leo Varadkar had predicted in August.
