Cancer care funding - Coalition must deliver on promises

TAOISEACH Bertie Ahern was defending the indefensible in the Dáil yesterday.

He sought to justify the Coalition’s appalling neglect of cancer care in the southern region where patients have been left to die at home because there is no room for them in hospital.
