It takes on special significance when one considers that they also make up the loudest gripers when it comes to complaining about any measure that might hit their pockets. The question is whether they are paying their share?

Doubtless, the policy of naming and shaming defaulters is given a sharper edge with the inclusion of a Donegal curate, who made a settlement of €125,000 and was also the holder of a bogus non-resident account.
