Easter – Peace and love in times of great peril

WITH terrorism and war raging across the planet, the Easter message of peace and love has seldom been of greater import or in greater peril.

As evidenced by the ongoing violence in the Middle East, the message has gone unheeded in the cradle of Christianity.

In Northern Ireland, the fragile hope of peace enshrined in the Good Friday agreement has yet to be delivered by Catholic and Protestant alike.
