Enoch Burke and his home-schooled siblings got an impressive education from their mother, but maybe class time could have focused on other topics, writes Mick Clifford

Enoch Burke believes he is in prison for his beliefs. At the High Court hearing on Monday, to which he was brought in a paddywagon after being arrested, he told judge Michael Quinn that what he really wanted was to be in school, exercising his passion for teaching.

“I am a teacher,” he said.
