Bullying can leave a person scarred for life
THE ISPCC’s anti-bullying awareness campaign was the vision of Westlife’s Mark Feehily. Having experienced bullying when he was growing up in Sligo, Mark was eager to highlight the issue and spread the message that bullying is not acceptable.
Over the next four weeks, with the support of some of our celebrity ambassadors, the ISPCC is running the awareness campaign to highlight the devastating, lasting effects that bullying can have on the lives of young people. Posters and billboards of well-known faces, appearing bruised and devastated, will be displayed in locations around the country.
