No Tricolour flying at heritage-status Fota

On visiting Fota House recently, I was surprised to note that the Tricolour was not flying on the flag pole at the front.

As this is an Irish Heritage Trust property, I would have assumed the flag would be flying at all times, especially in this centenary year.
