Arrogance of teenagers tolerated and cultivated

I travelled on the Luas recently and witnessed a small number of teenagers openly, and without challenge, intimidating passengers especially non-white passengers.

The arrogance, contempt and hatred exuded by those teenagers had to be seen to be believed.

On the same day I saw a mob of about a dozen of a similar age swarm into a supermarket, remove bottles of alcohol from the shelves and unchallenged, and without paying, brazenly leave.

The arrogance-will-get-you-everywhere society seems to be alive and well and is being tolerated not to say cultivated daily in the young.
