Cork south-west TD, Jim Daly, “believes primary schools must put an end to demanding cash payments from parents”. 
Overseas aid can’t be chosen over education

May I suggest to Mr Daly that primary schools would not have to ask parents for money if the Government diverted some of the hundreds of millions spent on overseas aid to Irish primary schools?
