Politicians’ failure to investigate killings was spineless

After watching the documentary, Collusion, on BBC on Monday night, and after reading Ann Cadwalladar’s book, I am struggling to understand how innocent people could have been murdered with the support of the British establishment. Why was nothing done in the South?
