High time we adopted regional autonomy

The situation in this country needs to change. Provinces must have their own governance.

This model should be adopted if this country is to become fully developed with a healthy democracy. A centralised Dáil is only working for Dublin and the rest of the country is treated in a secondary manner.

The young people, determined to change society and join political parties are either totally naive or coming out of a deep sleep. Surely if they want to change politics they should avoid the political parties like the plague? By joining a party they are giving lifeblood to a stagnant system which has only brought us centralised soap operas. The question must be asked where are our Lucinda Creightons in Munster or Connaught who will create real political change in the provinces and not confine the development of our respective provinces to the whims and wishes of Dublin?
