FIFA ban on Suarez is ultimately toothless

FIFA has banned Uruguay player Luis Suarez from all "football-related activities" for four months.

However, as Gerry Adams might say, Suarez has not gone away, you know.

So, Suarez will be back. However, as he behaves like a rabid canine on the football pitch, perhaps FIFA should insist, when he returns, he must wear a muzzle.
