Anti-deflation has unintended gain for SMEs

The celebrated State debt relief Taoiseach Enda Kenny sold to the media is a mirage that has been replaced by ‘loose money’ to be given to banks to lend to small businesses.

The motivation is not justice for the Irish, who bore more than their share in saving the Euro. There is no justice in Europe, apart from ‘might is right’, and any action that might benefit us by making the banking system lend to small business is motivated by fear of deflation, not fair play.

The farcical banking inquiry is politically motivated and will serve the ECB in hiding the truth.

This will clear the way for Enda to pursue his career in Europe. His loyalties (such as they are) lie not with the Irish people, but with the powerhouses in Europe.

With the exception of the Irish Examiner, we are handicapped by a media that just can’t bring itself to point out the obvious. The electorate is only beginning to understand there can never be a good future under a Fine Gael-led government, because of a persistent perception of the Taoiseach, and his associates, that the way forward is to impose cuts, regardless of the ethical and moral implications.

The ‘might is right’ philosophy is not ours, but one that Enda appears to have no difficulty with.

Our future is far from bright under a Taoiseach who ‘does politics’ as if it were a board game and is not held back by reality. The ‘Enda as Taoiseach’ media experiment has run its course and I suggest that those who put him there might kindly now remove him from office.
