I salute you O’Gara

The RTÉ documentary on Ronan O’Gara made for riveting viewing. Certainly it was one of the best biographical documentaries I have seen in some time.

The cameras never seemed intrusive as ROG went through a roller-coaster of emotions as he considered some of the biggest decisions of his playing career.

Most of all, I think most people would have been struck by the sheer honesty of the man. What also came across was what a committed family man he really is. I for one, salute ROG, one of the greatest rugby players to grace our fields.
