Farcical fish labelling

Facts regarding ‘organic’ salmon, (Analysis Aug 5), are truthfully set out in article by Alec O’Donovan.

There are many unanswered questions about the use of chemicals, flesh colouring methods and more especially how healthy or otherwise battery-caged farmed salmon is. Allowing it to be labelled as organic is farcical.
