Ah, camán lads

Is hurling going to the dogs? The recent NHL final between Kilkenny and Tipperary was a disgrace.

Players getting the ball, putting down their heads and running at the opposition; two red cards and one the ref missed; a player giving his opponent the bat of the hurley into the head.

There was no hurling in that game. If I had young sons there is no way I would entice them to play our national sport.
