The divine right of the Constitution is questionable

Article 6.a of the Constitution states: “all powers of government, legislative, executive and judicial, derive, under God, from the people, whose right it is to designate the rulers of the State and, in the final appeal, to decide all questions of national policy, according to the requirements of the common good.”

With the constitutional review, isn’t it time for this article to be changed to ‘all powers of government, legislative, executive and judicial, derive, under God, whose scientific proof is at least dubious’...
