Unacceptable behaviour

TD Michael Wallace has admitted to tax evasion and breaking tax laws.

According to records he undeclared his revenue and incredibly feels he “knew what he was doing was wrong”. However, he also arrogantly feels he “has done nothing wrong” in the context of his company’s finances.

Mr Wallace has played the down and out underdog developer that allegedly lost it all, but was still able to make a settlement with the Revenue for €2.1m. He, like so many other TDs, is both law-maker and law-breaker and his position is untenable.!
