A small firm could sort out department in days

HAVING promised not to send its citizens to jail for non-payment of fines, our Government has sent even more this year than last year, for that very reason.

The promise has been watered down to accepting payment for a fine in instalments. If you don’t agree to that, you go to jail anyway. But the option to pay a fine in instalments has been delayed, because there is no money to upgrade the Department of Justice system to accept your money in instalments. This is laughable. But the laugh turns into a scandal when you learn the following.
