Paying for the gambling sins of the ruling class

IN response to your columnist Matt Cooper, I recommend that he step down from his lofty heights.

My neighbours here in rural West Cork, don’t press a ’send’ key to pay their bills.

Most are lucky to have a phone service, let alone a computer or broadband. He says that most will pay the $100 house tax, albeit with a groan. Well, think again.
